Problems to set ZIP on Family Plan

After last couple changes Spotfy made on checking if every one on you fam acc live together all my family were kicked from my account!

And now when they try to join again we get the MSG that was impossible to check if we live together!

I tried use de ZIP from were i live and the ZIP from my credit card billing and it does not work for both.

Anyone is having the same issue?
