Problems upgrade to Premium account, even after payment

Problems upgrade to Premium account, even after payment

I pay and upgrade to premium account, and even after the Credit Card Verifying payment, my account is not available as Premium. How to solve the problem?

In this case, we recommend to get in touch with Spotify Support so they can look into this. You can do it via Twitter, Facebook or, email: 

 

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the Knowledgebase or the Spotify Community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address. Spotify Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
