Problems when trying to change country

Problems when trying to change country

I am trying to change country. I logged into my account, click edit profile, change to the new country, then clicked save.

Spotify then told me the email i used is already taken.

of coz it is taken. It is my email. I am not opening a new account, I am

trying to change country.

 

does anyone know what to do with this? I am doing this on my iPhone’s web browser.

Thanks for reaching out.

 

This might have something to do with your browser's auto-fill feature, so I recommend giving it a try on another device, in another browser, and/or in an incognito window. 🙂
