Problems with Contacting Spotify?

Hi I've been having problems contacting Spotify on my account. When I submit somethng in the contact form I never get a confirmation email or response from Spotify. Not sure if its problem with my email or if they haven't gotten it through the contact form, but maybe the community can help me with my problem?

I seemed to have lost all my playlists, history, and followers after trying to reconnect my Facebook to my Spotify. From what I read it seems that it could be a problem of mulitple accounts which only Spotify can fix for me. Is that true and would anyone know how I could reach them since the form doesn't seem to work?
