Problems with Credit card


Spotify seemed to have a problem taking my premium subscription from my credit card before Christmas and I decided to let it lapse as I don't use it much and there doesn't seem to be a family subscription for Canadians coming soon.  So now I have been downgraded but money has now been taken out of my credit card twice and am still on a free account.  There doesn't seem to be anyway to contact someone directly to rectify this. I think the rest of my family will be switching for a family plan on a different platform.
