Problems with Login - appears: The user don't exist

Hello! 

I Have a account in Spotify name vcapelli ([Snip-Email(Privacy)-Peter]) and i pay the subscribe. But after this, i had a problems in my account and cannot login there. Appears: The user don't exist. I tried to register a new account with the same email but appear the email was registered.

It's possible to delete this user and cancel the subscribe ? ( I cannot login with the username and the email)

This sounds really weird, you say you can't login because it says no user with that mail address is registered, but when creating account it says it exists?

I think you need to get in touch with Spotify so they can sort this out for you.

You may get in touch with Spotify via their Twitter page (@SpotifyCares), or by following this link (you won't have to login with this link) to send an e-mail.
If you send an e-mail, please check your inbox (and spam box) to check for their automatic reply. Once you get it, please reply to it immediatly (even if it's from an no-reply e-mail addres) to make sure an Spotify employee will get back to you as soon as possible.
