Problems with Spotify Unlimited/Abroad

I have a spotify unlimited account, which should be fine to be used abroad (I moved to France 4 months ago and it was fine), but then I had an issue with my PayPal and the money wasnt withdrawn so it somehow reverted me back to free Spotify and now wont let me sign up for unlimited, only  premium. How can I get back to my old account with Unlimited rather than Premium?

Unlimited is being withdrawn following the introduction of the new, improved free spotify. Get in touch with the payment team and they may be able to help you though, since you had unlimited before.

If your account is registered in a country where unlimited is available you are free to resubscribe to unlimited at any time. Just got to:
