Problems with account

I signed up on my phone. I am being charged for premium. I thought I had a month free trial. I logged out of my phone and then tried to sign in again. I could not. Neither email I use works so not sure how my account was created. I had to sign up with a new account just to be able to contact customer service. I have now spend over an hour trying to just contact customer service. Therefore I signed up with this email. With my other email I use it says there is an account active so I did a password reset. Once I logged it, it is not my account. Says it is in Ireland and it is not what I was just using on my phone because none of the playlists are the same. So, someone in Ireland won't be able to get into their account and must have set it up with an incorrect email address to begin with because I have had this one email for over 20 years.  This is ridiculous I had to create a new account just to contact someone because everything needs you to log in (which I can't do under my other account). There is not phone number to contact customer service anywhere. I need someone to contact me as I want to know what account where my credit card is being charged and want this resolved immediately. However, not sure how you will contact me because I won't give my phone on this forum or want to provide my email addresses on a forum either. I suppose you could look up the email address from the account in which I am sending this message. Please contact me now.
