Problems with my family premium

Hello. I'm struggling with my premium family edition. My sister joined me, but we can't listen to music at the same time without interrupting eachother. At my spotify profile it says she's active and everything is ok, but I feel I paid 100 NOK extra for the same **bleep** I pay without familyedition. I can't understand what's wrong and it is very sad and annoying. Anyone who knows this problem?

Sounds like you guys are logged into the same account. That's the only way you guys could be interrupting each other. Log out of both devices then log in using your separate accounts. Let me know how it goes!
