Problems with premium account

I've been a Premium user for some time. A few days ago, I received an e-mail that my payment did not go through and that my Premium account will be in pause. However, a day after, I received my Apple receipt of July's payment to Spotify Premium. The problem is that the app did not switch back to being Premium. I've already tried logging out and uninstalling the app, and no luck. All I have is my receipt of the payment and my Apple settings telling me the Premium app is active. Can anyone help me out?
