Problems with premium account

Hello guys,

 

So i am using Spotify Premium from Germany.

It's a long time now, but since some days my Premium Account stopped working.

 

I can't use the Premium futures but i am paying by standing orders.

I tried everything like relogging and stuff but nothing worked.

 

I wrote a Mail to the customer Service, but nobody replied yet (since nearly a week)

 

And when i try to buy a new Premium Account i get the message that it's not avaible in my country. oO

Hi. Does your account overview show an active premium subscription? Which country are you in at the moment?

 

If you used the contact form and received an automated response directing you back to the community or to the help pages, make sure to reply to it directly (even though it says not to) to make sure your case reaches one of the consultants.

Ya, i think i found the answer

 

"You have got an active subscription.You subscription will automatically change to Spotify Premium on 2013-11-15 and you will be charged 9,99 โ‚ฌ unless you cancel recurrent payments."

 

Now I got the problem that i stopped the standing orders for Spotify in my Online Bankin Account.

Do I have to wait now, until this subscription is over?

 

The problem with the Spotify Premium stuff is still there. Can't buy a new one...
