Hi!

I used to have a premium account, but I wanted to go back to a free account, so on April 2nd I cancelled my subscription. They charged me on March 31st and said I could use my Premium account until the 30th, but I stopped being able to use it on that same day.

Hi @ainoapr. When you visit your subscription page, what does it list your subscription as? Do you have an option to cancel, and does it list a date for the next time you'll be charged? Also, the charge to your card, has it gone through and been posted, or is it still pending? Let me know and I'll try and get this sorted for you. Cheers!

My subscription is listed as spotify free and the charge went through.
