Problems with premium

Problems with premium

Every month around the time when my subscription is renewing I will get a message on the app saying there is trouble processing my payment but it usually goes through in a few days. Now I am unable to activate premium at all after trying to log out and log back in as well as re-download the app. But when I check my actual iTunes account it still has me paying for premium and shows that the subscription has renewed. The card I use for payment works fine as well. How can I fix this problem?

Hello @jblackwell & welcome to the Community!

Please follow the next steps:

  • Check your subscription page. Your status should be Premium. 
  • If it says Free, check the receipt they send to your email inbox. Make sure you're signing in with the username on that receipt. If the username on your receipt is a 10 digit number, please sign in with your Facebook login details.

If you are still having trouble, I'd recommend you to contact support here so they can help you sort this out.

If you receive an automated email telling you to check the help section or the community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address.
Support usually answers within 24-48 hours.
