Profile Pix Keeps Disappearing

I'm using the desktop app with Windows 10. I added a profile picture, but it's keeps disappearing. I do NOT have Facebook and I made sure that is turned off in the settings.

Why does the profile pic keep disappearing? If I switch between playlists and then go back to my Account Overview its gone. If I log out and log back in it's gone. Why won't it stay? This is getting really aggravating.

Hey!! Sorry to hear you're having issues.

Something that I have read that seems to work for people is clearing the Spotify cache, which can be done by:

1. Clicking  in the top-right corner of the desktop app and select Settings.
2. Scroll down and click SHOW ADVANCED SETTINGS.
3. Scroll down to Offline songs storage to see where your cache is stored.
   Tip: Click CHANGE LOCATION to store your cache somewhere else.
4. Go to that folder on your computer.
5. Select and delete all the files in that folder.

Alternatively, you might want to wait a little while to see if the server just hasn't registered it yet, but that's only if this is a recent issue.

If you're still experiencing this issue, I'd recommend performing clean reinstall of your Spotify app. It's different than regular reinstall. If you're not sure how to do it, here's an article for you.
