Profile cannot be found, why?

Hi!
I created a new Spotify account for the organisation where I work because we want to share some playlists as a part of some non-profit-campaigns. However, for some reason the profile cannot be found. I tried to find it from my personal Spotify account and my collague tried it as well but the searching tool didn't find the profile it at all.

Can you help me where is the problem and what to do with that?
Our purpose is that the profile and the playlists would be easy to find for all the Spotify users, otherwise there's no point for our actions.

Hey @mirjaliina,

People can look up your profile by entering spotify:user:[the profile's username] into the Spotify app search bar 🙂

Thanks for your answer! Do you mean the search bar at the top of the page? I've tried it many times but it doesn't find the profile I'm looking for. Any other tips?

Not at the top of this page. I'm talking about the search feature in Spotify's app.

It should work when you follow my instructions. Are you able to post a screenshot of what you see when you do it?
