My Question or Issue

A couple days ago my profile name turned into random numbers (it was previously just my regular name as it is displayed on Facebook) and my profile picture disappeared. My Spotify account is linked to my Facebook account and I've tried logging out and back into both several times but nothing seems to solve this. Please help!

Hey @sophiay3!

Sounds like you might have opted out of sharing your data with Facebook. You can check this on your account page here.
You should also make sure that on Facebook's end here, Spotify has to be allowed to have access to personal data.
