Profile not searchable

I have created a profile for a group, but I cannot find the profile though the search feature.  I've tried the username and the email address associated with the account without any luck on any of my devices.  I was able to find it eventually because I had followed one of my personal playlists though the group's account.  However, even after clicking 'follow' though my personal account, I still cannot find the group's account with the search feature.  I can't find anywhere in the account settings where it's set to private so I'm not sure how to proceed.  Any advice?  The group's profile name is trinitygirlfriends.

You can look the profile up by entering

spotify:user:trinitygirlfriends

into the search bar.
