Profile picture on my professional account is not displayed

My Question or Issue

I run with other admins a spotify account for our fanbase and yesterday evening I upoaded a profile picture (our logo) on that account (Armyfrance_). This morning it didn't show on my colleague desktop (she was on the account at that time). She logged out, I logged in, and even if I uploaded again the pic, it wouldn't appear after I logged out. I verified that the pic was under 4MB and in jpeg.

What should we do for our profile picture to be displayed? (Note: We work in different locations, separated by hundreds of kilometers...)
