Hi, I upgraded to premium because i got an offer that i can get P9.99 per month for 3 months... Why on my account shows that my service is only good for a month only.. do i need to pay another P129 to continue or will i get another 2months because i did took advantage of the offer and i paid P129.. thanks in advance for your answers.

This sounds like an issue for the payments center. You can contact Spotify by using this contact form. You simply follow the right steps until you find a green "I still need help" button. After you've sent the form, you should receive an automated email directing you to help pages. Please make sure to reply to it even if it's a no-reply. It works! Support will get back to you as soon as possible.
