I am French I have just taken the 3-month samsung prenium trial offer and although my account appears to be in prenium, I still have advertisements🤷‍♀️

what can I do?

Can you go to this page and send me a screenshot of what you're seeing? Make sure that no sensitive info is visible on it.

You can also try logging out of your account in the app and then logging back in.

Have you tried logging out of your account in the app and then logging back in? You might be logged into a different account in the app.

what is weird is that the icon which offered me to take the premium subscription is no longer visible.

this proves that I have a premium account.

I will try to make a capture when there is the advertisement (the advertisement)

Thanks for getting back to me.

You can check if you're logged into a Premium account in the app by going into Settings > Account. There it'll show you your username, email address and the plan of your account. 🙂
