Purchased E-card, no option to print or email

Purchased E-card, no option to print or email

I purchased an e-card but after finishing the payment I was brought back to the page where you enter your details to purchase it with the error message "Sorry, we couldn't process your order. Please review our Payment FAQ for common issues and then try again. Contact our customer support if the problem remains."

 

I did however receive an email saying the payment was successful and giving me a code to redeem it.

 

I am wanting to give this as a gift, and was hoping to print off the ecard so I was wondering if there is any way that's still possible.
