My Question or Issue
I purchased a 100.00 prepaid card to renew my premium account for a year. I did this approximately 1 month ago. Now I get a notification from you that my payment couldn't be processed 1 month later? I bought the card. I entered in the number, everything was working fine. Now my premium account is suspended. I'm out 100 bucks. And there is no way to contact you.

When you redeemed your Spotify gift card, did you get an email confirmation for the receipt of the redeemed gift card? If you didn't get an email confirmation, could you try redeeming the gift card here?
