Purchased premium as a gift

Purchased premium as a gift

I purchased Spotify premium as a gift. The recipient was supposed to receive an email today and has not yet received it. Both inbox and spam folder have been checked multiple times today.

In this case, we recommend you to reach out to us via email, Facebook or Twitter. This way, we'll be able to take a closer look at your friend's account and see what happened there.

My friend doesn't have an account. I was giving Spotify premium as a gift. It's been over a week and the recipient has not received an email. The support from Spotify is absolutely horrible. Sorry, but Facebook and twitter doesn't help when you need the company to resend a stupid enrollment email and its a complete hassel to do so, if not impossible. Awesome gift and awesome customer service.....
