Push Notifications WON'T STOP

I have turned off all notifications - yet somehow - I keep getting push notifications about songs added.  I don't want any notifications to come to my devices - ever.  How do I stop this?

Let's make sure you've really disabled them. Press CTRL+P and scroll down.

Yes- that option is turned off.

Push is coming to my phone and my email.
