[Q] Simultaneous listening, possible ?

Hi,

Is it possible to listen to Spotify on 2 Android phones at the same time ? (for my dad and me).

And also on a PC and on an Android phone at the same time,

Hey 🙂

Welcome to the community forums!

Each spotify account can only have 1 device actively streaming at any time. If you have spotify premium you can sync playlists and then access them in offline mode on multiple devices. Realistically spotify accounts are meant to be personal, meaning only used by one user.

In fact it's such as Deezer ? (If you know what it is, it's french)

Yes, you can install the spotify client on as many devices as you like 🙂 

I leave my spotify desktop client playing in my room and use the offline services on my BlackBerry all the time when I'm at home. Once you get it set up and your playlists synced, you need to toggle the offline mode in the applications settings window on the mobile device to make it offline.

I have never used Deezer so I can't really comment on the service.

In fact Deezer is the same thing as Spotify but it's not a software, it's a website.

But Spotify's mobile app interface is much better, that's why I will buy it, and Spotify is the most popular music app so... 😄
