So I need some CUSTOMER SERVICE but apparently Spotify doesn't have that or it is maze to get to.

First question

How can I get Student Premium and no the link they have does not take me to the page where you have to verify.

Which leads to WHERE IS THE CANCEL BUTTON ?  it also doesn't show.

There is currently a glitch with the student discount page that is causing some people to have problems with it.

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the help section or the community, you need to reply back to it.

Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.

To cancel your subscription, you need to sign into this page:

https://www.spotify.com/accounts/subscription/

If you don't see a cancel option,

You might have subscribed to premium through the iPhone or iPad app.

To cancel your subscription, you need to cancel it from iTunes. Your subscription is being handled by Apple.
