My Question or Issue When i want to change my account info, they ask me if im from Quebec . I am so it wont let me change my card info.

You should be able to change your card details in Quebec. Are you able to change your details following the steps on this page? If it doesn't work, it's also worth trying using an incognito/private window on your browser.

Yes it work, but when you live in Québec and you have to check no for being able to change your info, i didnt feel confy.
