Hi, I'm a LONG time Spotify user and recently upgraded again.
My questions is, I remember being able to convert 30 days "Unlimited" into 15 days "Premium" and so forth.
Is this option not available anymore?? Some feedback would be much appreciated.
Thanks, Jay.

I would suggest you get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and see what they say about this. Seems weird it would just dissappear!
If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.

I don't think there is such an option. If you upgrade your account to Premium, it will take effect from the time your unlimited subscription runs out.
Can't find any mention of it on the help pages anymore, but it definitely used to be possible. Did you pay for your unlimited by recurring debit/credit card payment (since that coversion option was never available with gift cards)?

Well I miss that feature, I used it. And I paid with PayPal and a Debit card.
