Question about family plan

I wanted to start a family plan, until I saw the stipulation about living at the same address.

I wanted to use this with my gf who does live at the same address, but, she has a different billing address on the credit card she used to create her account I wanted to roll into my family plan.

Is there anyway her and I can get on a family plan or is it impossible since the billing addresses won't match?
