Question about starting a label account

Hello,

I have been seeing many label accounts with a person's name (not a company for example) making compilation albums and sharing them on Spotify.

Those people aren't artists, makers nor anything like that, at least most of them aren't.

There are a few examples of what I'm talking about on the bottom of the page.

I make playlists as a hobby, but if there is a way to take it to a professional level, I would like to do that.

Any guide or tip will be highly appreciated!
