Question regarding Free radio vs Premuim

I want to purchase premium, but I consistently find my favorite songs are almost always flagged as "This album is not currently available in the united states." I don't particularly listen to alot of popular music I guess. 😐

Is this limited to spotify free version? I'd happily upgrade to premium if I don't get this message trying to find most of my music.
