RENEWED PREMIUM BUT NOT GETTING IT

Hi everyone,

I've been using Spotify Premium for more than one year now. I started through Vodafone and all my bills are still invoiced to them and the money withdrown from my phone credit.

 

Yesterday I got a SMS form Vodafone to inform me about the Premium renewal and they charged me 9.99. However, Spotify Premium is still not working. I called Vodafone customer service to check if everything was ok and they confirmed that the payment's gone well and suggested to contact Spotify.

 

Could you please help me solve this problem with my account?

Typically, account changes can take a day or two.  With renewals, however, there is usually no drop in Premium.  If the payment has already been processed, I would recommend contacting Spotify support at this link or on Twitter at @SpotifyCares.  They should be able to directly access your account and payment information.
