Rabatt for Apprentences in Germany? ("Azubis")? why not?

why isnt their 50% for Apprentences in Germany? ("Azubis")? In the staates etc ppl are "all" students but here in Germany, if you go for a work education you even have less money then students depending what you go fo, eg. a haircuter earns only 400€ /month apprentenceship … so maybe you consider, Azubis, too?
