Random Account attatched to my email

Right hello,

Have been using my Spotify premium without a problem for a year or two now. Today I opened the app to check out Wrapped 2023 and when I pressed the "wrapped" button it came up with a blank screen and the words "no healthy stream found" in the top left hand corner.

Searched up the phrase and nothing came up, so uninstalled the app then redownloaded and logged in.

When I logged in using my email i was presented with an account that wasnt mine, without premium and with 201 liked songs none of which I've ever listened to.

The user isn't close to mine either.
