Random Playlists Added, My Playlists Deleted

My Question or Issue

 My Spotify account keeps randomly adding playlists to my account. Like, actually adding them to my playlist list, not just suggesting them. I found this issue on the forum, and it was tagged as "Solved" but the solution (remove app access) didn't work for me. I have removed access for all apps on my account, so it's not Facebook adding them in, as had been suggested. It' a dozen at a time sometimes. It happens across all of my devices.

The second issue is that Spotify keeps deleting my playlists. Sometimes just one, sometimes a bunch. This past time, it deleted ALL of them. And when I go to the Recover Playlist page, it's filled with all the **bleep** lists that Spotify added, so that my actual playlists don't even show up, because it only displays a few at a time.

Please, tell me what to do to stop these crappy lists from being added and how (if possible) to stop my playlists from being randomly deleted. I spent too much time and money on these things to have them disappear.
