Random name after logging in via facebook

My Question or Issue

i've been used spotify premium family for about 6 months, everything seems normal until this day. My name used to be my Facebook profile name (because i'm logging in via facebook). But now my spoitfy user name has become Alien name with Random numbers and letters and also No display photo. It seems like spotify can no longer retrive data from my facebook anymore. Any help ?

I recommend you to confirm if the option "Facebook Processing Data" is enabled here.

Also, it can take a week or so to refresh your profile.
