Hello,

 

I have a spotify account with a trial to my Credit Card. I now recieved a message from PayPal sayign that I got charged 10 euros from my BANK not Credit Card but BANK while my subscription is still active and I have it all canceled. I chargedback and lost the case within 1 day saying I have to contact Spotify.

What is this? I only have this account with a credit card not even linked to PayPal. I want my money back since I never authorized my Paypal to spotify. I changed my security answers and password but I still lost 10 euro's and not even knowing what account or whatsoever.

I can provide the transaction ID if needed.
