Dear to whom this may concern,

I am at "Songwriter" rank in the Spotify community. However, according to this article, I am suppose to be allowed to send blogs, texts, images et cetera without the need to validate myself as not a robot. This is not the case as I am still required to do so. Fix please?

That's odd!

It's right that if you hit that rank you don't need to verify captchas anymore.

Have you tried another network connection?

Try to reset your network settings or the router possibly. Does this happen on any device you have tried?

Also make sure to check your browser's settings, or if there are any pending updates 🙂

Thanks for your reply. Is it true that I have to be a Rock Star with the rank of Rising Star 1 to disable CAPTCHA? If not, I know everything else is fine.

That's not true 🙂

As the article you linked says, once you hit the rank Roadie you can post without the captcha!

Just follow the steps from my prevoius post and you should be fine 🙂
