Welcome to the Spotify Community, we're all here to help each other.

 

Can you check on your bank statement and see if the payment shows as pending/pre-auth? If it does, the payment didn't go through completely and your account would still be Free. Don't worry, the funds should reappear soon. In the meantime, feel free to subscribe again. Please make sure your payment card meets these requirements.

 

If you're trying to get any offer/trial, keep in mind that if you have already used this payment method before on a different account to pay for Premium, it won't work. You can only get the offer/trial with the same payment method once. If that's the case, a different payment method should work just fine.

Okay i understand the problem with the credit card, Can you undo the charge and upgrade? of my account
