Dear Spotify,
Since yesterday I am trying to get the Premiun Subscription, but unfortunately I cannot get it. I am not ablle to pay in any way, credit card, oxxo or Paypal. In the three options the official page sent me a message regarding: "Opps, this paying way is having a bad day, maybe try later", or something like this.
It is possible that my account is locked or something, please kindly could you help me with that and check if my account is okay to be premium? Tks!
Try checking your internet connection. Close the app completely and reopened. Maybe the servers weren't working at that time, try again. Make sure your card is not expiered.
