I been having a lot problems to configure the account for one member of my family. This sucks.


I will cancel my account just for this.


Spotify no have help on line o a email account to contact the spotify personal.

Hey @mexces, welcome to the Spotify Community!


All you need to do is get in contact with Spotify support and their Accounts team can take a look backstage. The easiest way to contact them is by messaging SpotifyCares on Facebook or Twitter. They usually respond within 48 hours!

Is there any option to contact spotify via mail? Sounds strange, however, I do not use social media platforms (:
