Hi, I have the same problem, moved from Australia to France. My next billing date is the 4th of April so does that mean we can only use one account untiul that date? Thanks,

Please give us some more details about it so we can help you. Are you part of a Premium for Family plan? Are you the Administrator? Do the other members also moved with you to France?

Hi, I have signed up for Premium for Family and I am the administrator, my family (wife and two children) have moved with me to France.

I guess everything is fine then. As far as I can see, if your next billing is on 4th of April, it means you'll pay on that day and just continue to use your plan.
