My name is Gary. I created a premium for family account on 6 Oct2016 thinking that I would be billed on6 Nov but, instead, I was billed on 28 Oct. Consequently, the money had not been deposited into my account yet. I was downgraded to just premium and, again billed toward the end of November with the same result. Could you please resubmit my Nov payment for the premium service that I received that month and submit my Dec payment NOW so that I can avoid this problem again? Thank you.
