I can not get over how bad customer service is here.... I can not even get in direct contact with a person.... I have family members who I would like to add but my payment is based in Singapore and my account for some reason has a US zip code and Singapore country selection. The service will not allow me to change the country nor will it allow me to change the zip code.... help or I will leave.
Exact same issue, with Spain/Italy rather than US/Singapore.
Basically, this impedes me to upgrade to Premium!
I currently live in Spain, but I have a bank account in Italy. Is there really no way to use the Italian card to pay for Premium, while using keep Spotify in Spain?
