Hi, I don't know how this works but I really need help, I been using Spotify for a long time with my Facebook account and last week I actualized my Spotify and know I can't get in, I want to and there's a message that appears a says " Spotify can only be used 14 days in the foreign"

That doesn't sound right. Did you move abroad recently? If so, for licensing reasons, Free users are not able to use Spotify outside the country they've set on their account page for more than 14 days. To change your country settings, you can follow this guide.
