Please am a new user I just paid they debited me but am still not on premium

Hey @mtkwhiskytk, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

Could you let me know what your subscription status says here? If it says Free, follow these steps and attach a screenshot of your Receipts page. Make sure to hide sensitive information when you’re posting to the Community.

If it says Premium, try logging out > restart the device > log back in in the Spotify app, and let me know if you’re able to use your Premium features, such as no ads, unlimited skips.

You can also follow the steps provided in this support article and let me know if they make a difference.

First of all, relax, you sound like you’re panicking, don’t.

Second, try to do the things that @Billy-J told me:

Logout from your account, close the app, open again and login to your account, see if it changes.


You should also try to see how much was charged from your card and look for a receipt here 

If you don’t find the corresponding receipt or if the amount charged is not the same as the price of the subscription, THEN there might be something wrong.
