I also have a question about my premium not working. I've had Spotify about 9 months and never had an issue. Now all of a sudden it's telling me I have the free version when I most definitely have the premium. I've deleted and reopened the app, I've logged in and out, I've even tried the password reset to see if if I have any other accounts and I don't. Super frustrated. Help.
