Re-Registrierung

Unfortunately my children did not agree to the new data protection conditions at the time. Now the accounts were terminated on 31.5.2019.
A re-registration is not possible because Spotify indicates that the mail addresses are already in use ...
It is also not possible to log in, as Spotify says it does not know an account at this email address ...

What shall I do now?? I don´t want to create new Mailadresses for the kids...

Many users have been encountering a similar issue with their Spotify accounts. I'd suggest reaching out to SpotifyCares on Twitter or Facebook. They will be more than happy to assist you with your query.
