I have that same problem and changing my country in my account does not work it always goes back to my last country and this always happens when I have not paid my premium I can lose my mind over this

Since you're letting us know that this happens whenever your account goes back to Free, it's likely that your country settings are different from the country you're currently in (remember that Premium accounts can be abroad indefinitely).

If this happens again, just head over here for useful info about changing the registered country in your account. That should fix things.
