Hi There, I have already pay twice my account to change for premium but I am still free, someone could you help me, and explain for how can I ask for a refund, because I paid twice the same amount. kind regards, andre_265

Hey there @andre_265!

Let's figure out why you were charged twice.

 

If you could, answer these questions:

1) Did the charges occur around the same time, or on different dates?

2) Did you recently upgrade to Spotify family?

After we narrow things down, we should be able to pinpoint the problem and come up with a solution.

I didnt upgrade to spotify family, unfortunately I am still with the same poblem!

Since it happened on the same date, that means that your second payment will apply to the next month instead since you probably accdientatly clicked the subscribe button twice.
